Visita Iglesia in Batangas
10:19 PM
During Holy Week, Catholics in the Philippines visit churches, this tradition is known as Visita Iglesia. The numbers of churches that must be visited doesn't really matter as long as the main purpose is to PRAY & REFLECT. We manage to visit ten churches, it was really hot and tiring but it was all worth it.
Here are Ten Churches that you can visit in Batangas, Philippines. This could serve as a guide during Visita Iglesia.
Marian Orchard, Brgy. Malabanan, Balete, Batangas
Sto. Nino Parish Church, Marawoy, Lipa, Batangas
Saint Joseph Parish Chruch, San Jose, Batangas
Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Vincent Ferrer, Lipa, Batangas
St. Mary Euphrasia, Kumintang Ilaya, Batangas City
Basilica of Immaculate Conception, Batangas City
San Isidro Labrador Parish, San Isidro, Batangas City
Simbahan ng Santissima Trinidad - Holy Trinity, Batangas City
Monte Maria Shrine, Brgy. Pagkilatan, Batangas City
- Kapilya ng Sto. Nino
- Kapilya ni Santo Papa Juan Pablo II
Thank you for visiting!

Beautiful churches, I would like to visit them all. Thank you for showing us around:). I also agree that the most important thing when visiting churches is taking the time to reflect...but if we have time, why not visit as many as we can?
